GL-CW825 is designed to get the job done as soon as possible. All the components are machined in Global Architectural System’s machine shop precisely per specific needs of each project. At this moment, we are capable of manufacturing and assembling up to 2,000 square feet of this intelligent system per day with all the components attached and ready for the installation.
After the installation of the mullions (Steel, Aluminum, Wood, etc.) and holding the glass in place with using the stainless-steel pins, the installation team can start caulking both interior and exterior sides of the glazing system right away and there is no need for waiting for the interior caulking to cure. Compared to other systems available in the market this process usually saves up to 3 weeks of installation time.
